To me outsourcing was a mere means to reduce labor expense earlier but now I see that their work is not only more affordable, but continuously is better than that of our Danish counterparts. Next thing that impresses me is, despite being in different time zones, their responsiveness to my project details via phone, instant messenger, and email is better than folks in the next building you’d never know.
